Introduction
This policy lists the cookies and browser storage used on coralridgetownhomes.com and www.coralridgetownhomes.com (the “Site”), operated by CORAL RIDGE TOWNHOMES LLC. Read it with our Privacy Policy.
Before you choose, only Strictly necessary items and the services listed under “What loads regardless of your choices” in our Privacy Policy (Vercel, Google Fonts and Mapbox) are active. Those services receive your IP address and browser data when your browser contacts them. Change your choice at any time with Cookie Settings at the bottom of every page.

Analytics
Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager (Google LLC, USA), counts visits and records the pages you view, clicks on our phone number and email address, and form submissions, so we can see how people reach us. It loads only after you allow Analytics: Google Consent Mode runs in basic mode, which means nothing is requested from Google until you do. Google may also use this data for its own purposes.
Yandex Metrica (YANDEX LLC, Russia) counts visits and shows which pages are used, so we can improve the Site. It loads only after you allow Analytics, and never while your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. Our Metrica code has session recording (Webvisor) and click maps switched off. Yandex may also use this data for its own purposes (see Sale and Sharing in our Privacy Policy).
Marketing
No advertising tag is configured today. Google Tag Manager can deliver them, so this category controls Google's advertising signals (ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization): while Marketing is off, Google tags may not use your data for advertising or to build advertising audiences. Declining Marketing still allows the Analytics category above.

Analytics items are set only after you allow Analytics, for both Google and Yandex. There is no _ym_visorc cookie: Metrica session recording is off in our code. Mapbox, whose maps load on every page (the map in the footer), sets no cookies; it keeps map images in the cache listed above.
Third-party items on other domains are governed by those providers' policies. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking Strictly necessary items may break parts of the Site.
How to Manage Your Choices
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept all, reject all, or choose by category. Only Strictly necessary is on by default. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with Cookie Settings at the bottom of every page, or with the button below. If you withdraw Analytics, our consent tool deletes the Yandex Metrica cookies (names starting with _ym) and the Google cookies (_ga, _gat, _gcl_au, _gac_ and _dc_gtm_) it can reach on our domain and, if they were running, reloads the page so that they stop. Cookies that Yandex or Google set on their own domains remain until they expire or you delete them in your browser.
Your choice is stored in the vera_cmp_consent cookie for 365 days. If you reject the optional categories, we do not ask you again for 12 months, unless we add a category that needs a new choice.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, our consent tool switches Analytics and Marketing off each time you open or reload a page, and Yandex Metrica does not load while the signal is on (see Global Privacy Control in our Privacy Policy).
